You can easily make this Desi powder at home Ready You can do this. For this you have to take 50 grams of fenugreek, 50 grams of turmeric, 50 grams of celery and 25 grams of cinnamon. Grind all these things and prepare a fine powder and store it in a box. You can drink this powder every morning and evening. Mixing a spoon of this powder in a glass of water after breakfast in the morning and drinking it gives many benefits. Apart from this, drinking it after dinner at night will also show results soon. You will have to consume this powder continuously for at least 1 to 2 months.
