No place becomes a mosque by offering namaz… Hindu side’s lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain bluntly said on Gyanvapi case

New Delhi : of Varanasi Gyanvapi Vishnu Shankar Jain, the lawyer of the Hindu party in the dispute case, spoke on many issues. he/she supported CM Yogi’s statement in which he/she said that some people call Gyanvapi a mosque, which is wrong. Gyanvapi is ‘Vishwanath’ himself. Lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain said, the Chief Minister’s statement is absolutely correct. The Gyanvapi complex is screaming that it is a Hindu complex. On May 16, 2022, a Shivling was found there, which is still a shield. Its investigation is still pending.

CM Yogi’s statement welcomed

Vishnu Shankar Jain said that the way namaz was being offered by forcefully entering Gyanvapi was absolutely wrong. Offering namaz does not make a place a mosque, Gyanvapi is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of our beloved Lord Mahadev. I welcome CM Yogi’s statement on this and have faith in the judiciary that the Gyanvapi case will be solved as soon as possible.

Know what Vishnu Shankar Jain said

On the ongoing legal battle regarding the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Mosque dispute in Mathura, Vishnu Shankar Jain said, in the Mathura Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi case, there is a demand that a survey should be done by the Advocate Commission. The Allahabad Court has accepted our petition for the Advocate Commission’s survey. But, the Supreme Court has stayed the Allahabad High Court’s order. Right now it is pending in the Supreme Court.

‘The case of Shri Krishna’s birthplace is very strong’

Vishnu Shankar Jain said that we feel that the case of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi is very strong. Whenever the survey will be done, it will be proved that there is no Idgah Mosque there. An attempt was made to forcibly occupy the premises of our God and name it a mosque. Regarding the amendment in the Waqf Board, he/she said that the method of taking back the property which has been declared as the property of the Waqf Board is very weak. In this, the power of investigation has been given to the Collector. But everyone knows on whose orders the Collector works. Our demand is that a National Inquiry Commission should be set up and all the property that the Waqf Board has should be investigated. he/she said, there are many fake properties registered as Waqf, it should be given to its real owner.
