New revelation from Malayalam film industry! Meenu Munir narrated the horrifying story of atrocities on the set


Such shocking revelations are being made in Mollywood i.e. Malayalam film industry, knowing which the ground will slip under your feet. Now actress Minu Muneer has also joined this list, who has claimed through a Facebook post that Mukesh, Maniyanpilla Raju, Idavela Babu and Jayasurya physically and verbally abused her on the set of a film project in the year 2013. She has also revealed the names of some production controllers in this incident. Minu Muneer has recently shared a long post on Facebook. She writes, ‘I am reporting several incidents of physical and verbal abuse in the Malayalam film industry at the hands of Mukesh, Maniyanpilla Raju, Idavela Babu, Jayasurya, Advocate Chandrasekaran, Production Controller Noble and Vichu.’

This incident happened on the set in 2013

The actress claimed, ‘While working on a project in the year 2013, I was subjected to physical and verbal abuse by these individuals. I tried to cooperate and continue working, but the abuse became unbearable. This forced me to leave the Malayalam film industry and shift to Chennai.’

Meenu Munir now wants justice

Meenu Munir also told that she had raised her voice regarding the incident that happened with her. She writes, ‘I had raised my voice against the abuse in a newspaper article. Now I am demanding justice and accountability for the shock and pain I have suffered. I request your help in taking action against them for their heinous acts.’

Meenu revealed about casting couch

After this revelation, Meenu Munir spoke to the media about her horrific experience with Mukesh when she sought membership of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA). She said, ‘I had worked in 6 films when I sought membership of AMMA. Mukesh told me that if I want to be a part of the association, I will have to have sex with him/her.’
