New Delhi: In the NEET exam case, the Supreme Court gave a big decision on Tuesday, saying that the NEET-UG exam will not be held again. The Supreme Court said that the demand to cancel the exam is not right. Re-examination will affect 24 lakh students. During the debate on Tuesday, there came a time when the Chief Justice also got angry with a lawyer of the petitioners. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud reprimanded advocate Mathews Nedumpara, who appeared on behalf of one of the petitioners. During the debate, when lawyer Mathews Nedumpara stood up to speak, the Chief Justice asked him/her to speak after another advocate of the petitioners, Narendra Hooda. At this, Mathews came to the gallery. At this, the Chief Justice got angry and said that you cannot get up like this and go to the gallery.

Responding to a question of the bench, Nedumpara said that he/she is the most senior among the lawyers. I can answer. I am the amicus. The Chief Justice said that I have not appointed any amicus. On this, Nedumpara said that if you do not respect me, I will leave. The Chief Justice reacted strongly to this. The CJI said that Nedumpara, I am warning you. You will not talk to the gallery. Call the security… throw them out.

On this the lawyer said that I am leaving. Then the Chief Justice said that you do not need to say this, you can go. I have seen the judiciary for the last 24 years. Nedumpara did not agree even then. he/she said that I have seen it since 1979. On this the Chief Justice warned him/her and said that he/she would have to issue an instruction. I may have to issue something that is not appropriate. You will not interrupt any other lawyer. After which Nedumpara went out. After a while he/she returned and apologized to the CJI.
