Now boil water in a pan. Then add coriander leaves and jaggery in boiling water and boil it for 5 minutes and then add lemon juice and drink it.

To make this decoction, take 1 tablespoon coriander paste, 1 big piece of jaggery, cinnamon as per taste and 3 cups of water. Now add coriander paste, cinnamon powder and jaggery in water. Cook it for 10 minutes and then drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

Coriander, Coconut Water and Jaggery Smoothie

Coriander and jaggery smoothie is also very beneficial for weight loss. It also contains high amount of fiber. To make it, take 1 cup coriander leaves, 1 big piece of jaggery, 1 cup coconut water and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Now to make it, blend all the ingredients in a blender. This is a very healthy smoothie.

Coriander and Spinach Juice

Coriander and spinach juice will not only help in weight loss but will also cure PCOD problems. To make it, take 1 cup of fresh coriander leaf juice, 1 cup of spinach juice, 1 big piece of jaggery, 1 cup of cold water and a pinch of black salt. Mix all of them and blend them.

Coriander and Jaggery Detox Water

To make this detox water, take 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves, 1 big piece of jaggery and 1 liter of water. Now add coriander leaves and jaggery in the water and soak it overnight. Filter it in the morning and drink it throughout the day.
