Rahul’s speech in Parliament was censored, controversial statement removed from Lok Sabha proceedings, know the whole thing

New Delhi: On Monday, on the sixth day of the Parliament session, there was a lot of uproar during the speech of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. During his/her two and a half hour speech, Rahul said many controversial things which were not liked by the ruling party, especially the BJP. Now these controversial parts of Rahul’s speech have been removed from the proceedings of the House. Speaker Om Birla himself has given instructions for this. Baikunthanath Mahapatra, Joint Director of Press and Public Relations Branch of Lok Sabha Secretariat, issued a letter and informed about this. On Monday, during the Parliament session, Rahul Gandhi, MP from Rae Bareli, presented his/her views in the Lok Sabha. he/she participated in the discussion on the address of President Draupadi Murmu. During this, he/she said many things to which the ruling party, especially the BJP, strongly objected. Twice PM Modi had to get up from his/her seat to answer. NDA leaders also objected to Rahul’s speech which lasted for about two and a half hours. Speaker Om Birla himself had urged him/her to speak carefully. Some parts of his/her speech, including his/her statement about Hindus, have now been removed from the proceedings of the House. Joint Director of Public Relations Branch Baikunthanath Mahapatra (Lok Sabha Secretariat) wrote in his/her letter that these controversial parts have been cancelled/unrecorded by Honorable Sir/Madam Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.

Demand for apology arose from Rahul
BJP leaders who objected to some lines of Rahul Gandhi’s controversial speech have demanded an apology from him/her. Many MPs from the ruling party, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Ashwini Vaishnav and NDA leader Chirag Paswan, asked Rahul to apologize. During Rahul’s speech, Rajnath Singh, PM Modi, Kiren Rijiju were seen getting up from their seats several times to object to Rahul’s words.
