The sale deed of this deal was prepared on 20 June 2024, in which it is told that Amitabh has paid stamp duty of Rs 3.57 crore for this commercial property. It is also mentioned in the property documents that there is a keen car parking area along with these three office units. Amitabh has bought this commercial property from Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited.

Here it should also be told that Bachchan already has four office spaces in the Signature Building. he/she bought this office in August 2023. After this, in December 2023 of the same year, he/she rented all these four commercial units of about 10,000 square feet in Oshiwara, Mumbai with an annual rent of Rs 2.07 crore and a security deposit of Rs 1.03 crore. Now with those three commercial units, Bachchan has a total of seven office spaces in the Signature Building.
