Dates chopped 20-25, walnuts chopped 1 tablespoon, cashews 1 tablespoon, almonds 1 tablespoon, dry coconut (finely grated) or dry coconut 1 teaspoon, pistachios chopped or finely ground 2 tablespoons and skimmed milk powder 1-2 tablespoons. Know further how to make these laddus.

Roast the mixed dry fruits in a pan on low flame for about 2-3 minutes. Keep them aside to cool. You keep stirring the mixture continuously. Add chopped dates in the same pan and stir till they become really soft and pulpy. Mash the soft dates or grind them in a blender.

Now add the dry coconut and mix well. The dry fruits mixture can be ground into fine or coarse powder. Next, combine the kneaded dates, dry coconut and dry fruits mixture. Sprinkle skimmed milk powder over this mixture and mix the mixture well with your hands until it is well combined. Take small portions of this mixture and make small balls. You can roll them and coat them in finely ground pistachio powder to give them a unique taste.
