If it is not possible for many people to sleep between 9 pm and 4-5 am due to job or other reasons, then they should complete their sleep by sleeping for 7 to 8 hours continuously later.

Exercise: Exercise for 10 to 15 minutes every day. This should be for strengthening the muscles, i.e. do weight training and strengthening exercises.
