Indian Army Recruitment: A good news is coming for the candidates who want to join the Indian Army. The sons of ex-servicemen and soldier widows will be given training without any fees to join the Navy, Air Force, Police and Paramilitary Forces. This training will be given by the Dehradun District Sainik Welfare Department for 56 days. The process of selection of candidates for this will start from June 10. In such a situation, the candidates who are preparing to join the army can make themselves more efficient with this training.

Indian Army Free Training: The selection process will start from this date

The state’s District Sainik Welfare Officer Virendra Prasad Bhatt told the press that this training is starting from June 17 in Garhwal and Kumaon. Candidates will be selected for the training between June 10 and 15. After this, the selected candidates will be given absolutely free training at the District Sainik Welfare and Rehabilitation Office, Dehradun. Similarly, trainees will be selected for training in other districts as well.

Indian Army Recruitment 2024: Who can apply

To take army training, the age of the candidates should be minimum 17 years and maximum 21 years. Apart from this, if we talk about educational qualification, then the candidates should have passed matriculation with 45 percent marks. There is no limit on marks for 10th pass for Gorkha candidates. Apart from this, the weight of the candidates should be 46 kg and chest should be between 77 to 82 cm. During the selection process, the candidates will have to bring their medical certificate, their father’s discharge book, records office order and bond documents.
