Big setback for Pakistan, the team which reached England to prepare for T20 World Cup remained unfulfilled


New Delhi. The Pakistani cricket team, which is preparing for the T20 World Cup in England, has suffered a second setback within a week. The T20 match between Pakistan and England was scheduled to be played on May 28, which was hit by rain. Earlier, the match between the two teams on May 22 was also washed out due to rain. In the match on May 25, the Pakistani team had to face a crushing defeat by 23 runs. In this way, the Pakistani team, which had come to prepare for the T20 World Cup with great aspirations, has suffered a setback.

Pakistan’s team first went to Ireland and then to England in preparation for the T20 World Cup. Ireland exposed Pakistan’s weakness by defeating them in the very first T20 match. However, Pakistan managed to win the series by winning the next two matches. But this was not considered very good for the T20 World Cup.

After Ireland, Pakistan’s team reached England. Two of its three matches against England were washed out due to rain. England won the second match of the series by 23 runs.
