New Delhi. Royal Challengers Bangalore wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik has retired from IPL. After the IPL Eliminator match played against Rajasthan Royals, Karthik was given a guard of honor by his/her RCB teammates. After Karthik’s retirement, RCB shared a video from its social media account. In which Karthik’s wife Deepika Pallikal was also seen. Deepika’s eyes looked moist in the video.

Deepika said in the video shared by RCB, “When we met in 2013, we quickly realized that we should spend our lives with each other. One thing that I learned while being with him/her is that whoever does not perform well. he/she is dropped from the team. he/she has a few days. he/she calms down or gets back on his/her feet.” Deepika further said that I want Dinesh Karthik to spend some time with his/her children and family now that he/she has retired from IPL.
