The right way to make tea

To make tea, first take water in a vessel.

Keep in mind that you should not boil it again. By doing this, the nutritional value of the tea gets destroyed, due to which it causes more harm than benefits.

Finally, filter the tea with the help of a strainer and enjoy sipping the tea.
