According to yogic tradition, one should sit with legs crossed on the floor while eating. It helps in absorbing energy properly. If you eat with your legs spread or open, it can bring wrong energy into the body. While eating, keep the upper part of the body (above the heart) open to energy.

  • Always eat fresh food, avoid overeating, eat only that food which makes you active and lively.Always take plant based diet, consume plenty of fruits, vegetables and grains etc.
