‘Where there is less, there we are…’
Before taking oath as the Prime Minister for the third consecutive time, PM Modi praised the BJP-led NDA alliance. he/she said, ‘See the power of this great democracy of India that today people have given the NDA a chance to serve the people by forming government in 22 states of the country. This alliance of ours is the soul of India in the true sense. Where there is less, we are there… The NDA government has given good governance to the country and in a way, the very mention of NDA becomes synonymous with good governance. Poor welfare and good governance have been paramount in the focus of all of us. If you ask any child whose government was in power before the Lok Sabha elections, he/she will say that it was NDA and even after the results of the Lok Sabha elections, the NDA government was formed. So how did we lose? There was an NDA government before, there is an NDA government today and there will be an NDA government tomorrow as well. Even after 10 years, Congress could not touch the figure of 100. If I add the elections of Congress in 2014, 2019, and 2024, then we have got more seats in this than the total seats it got in these three elections.
“It’s not a wind, it’s a storm”
During his/her address in the Central Hall of Parliament, Narendra Modi praised Pawan Kalyan, the head of the Janasena Party, which is part of the NDA. he/she said that this is not a wind but a storm. Andhra Pradesh has given such a huge mandate to us. It is a reflection of the desire of a common man to develop in India. Before this, Pawan Kalyan said that Modi Ji, you inspire the country. As long as you are the Prime Minister of this country, our country will never bow down to anyone.
God of the poor… PM Modi said this about Mahaprabhu Jagannath
BJP performed brilliantly in Odisha. Not only did BJP form the government in the state, it also emerged as the largest party in the Lok Sabha elections. PM Modi praised the party’s performance in Odisha. During this, he/she said that Mahaprabhu Jagannath, I have always felt that he/she is the God of the poor. The revolutionary result that came there and with this I can say that our dream of a developed India, in the coming 25 years, earlier I had said 10 years, now I am saying 25 years, with the blessings of Mahaprabhu Jagannath, Odisha will be one of the development engines of the country.
‘EVM is alive or dead’
During the Lok Sabha elections, the issue of EVM was constantly being raised by the opposition. Now PM Modi attacked the opposition India Alliance by referring to EVM. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said whether EVM is alive or dead, PM Modi taunted the opposition, because these people had decided that people’s faith in India’s democracy and the democratic process should be lost. Continuously abusing EVM, I think this time they will take out the funeral procession of EVM. But by June 4, their tongues were locked and they became silent. This is the power of India’s democracy and the Election Commission. I believe that EVM will not be heard for 5 years now. When we go in 2029, this issue will be raised again.
‘Natural Alliance NDA’
PM Modi called the NDA alliance an organic alliance i.e. a natural alliance. he/she said that the core and ideology of this alliance is the same – Nation First. The NDA alliance is the most successful alliance. This is not a gathering of some parties or a way to gain power or run a government. This is a group committed to Nation First with the basic spirit of Nation First.
‘We were not defeated, nor are we defeated’
PM Modi also reacted to the narrative of NDA’s poor performance. he/she said that we were neither defeated nor are we defeated. This is NDA’s Mahavijay. You saw how it went for two days, they have lost… The opposition did this because they had to raise the morale of their workers. If we look at the figures in the history of the alliance, this is the strongest coalition government. But the effort was made not to accept this victory, to keep it immersed in the shadow of defeat. But such things die a premature death, but the countrymen know that neither were we defeated nor are we defeated. But our behavior after the 4th shows our identity that we know how to digest victory. There was NDA earlier, there is NDA today and there will be NDA tomorrow too. So where did we lose brother, you think, even after 10 years Congress could not touch the figure of 100 and if I add the three elections in 2014, 2019 and 2024 and say that we have got more seats in this election than the Congress did not get in the three elections. I can clearly see my friends that the people of Indi do not realize that though they were sinking slowly earlier, they are now going to sink at a fast pace.
New meaning of NDA
Narendra Modi said that the mandate of 2024 is repeatedly reinforcing one thing that the country trusts only the NDA in today’s environment. Now when there is so much trust, it is natural that the expectations of the country will also increase. I consider this good, I also consider it the duty of all of us. The work we did in 10 years is just a trailer. We do not have to delay even a bit in fulfilling the aspirations of the country more rapidly. NDA means – New India, Developed India, Aspirational India and fulfilling these dreams and resolutions is also our resolution and promise and we also have a roadmap. We will write a new chapter of development, we will write a new chapter of participation of the public, together we will make the dream of a developed India come true.
One tree in the name of mother-everyone urged to take initiative
In the NDA Parliamentary Party meeting, PM Modi also mentioned the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign. he/she urged everyone to adopt this initiative. Drawing a parallel between Mother Earth for nurturing nature and our mothers for nurturing human life, PM Modi called upon people across the world to plant a tree as a symbol of love, respect and honour towards their mothers and take a pledge to protect Mother Earth.
‘One life-one mission and that is my Mother India’
PM Modi said that I am fully committed to the nation. I am available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we all need to work together for the country. I assure you that I will leave no stone unturned in fulfilling your hopes and desires. For me, this birth is just one, one life, one mission and that is my Bharat Mata. This mission is to devote myself to fulfilling the dreams of 140 crore countrymen.
