Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are going to become parents in the month of July. This is their first child. Both are very excited about the arrival of their baby. Richa talked a lot about pregnancy and told how her pregnancy experience has been and what she craves for.

Richa told that she has heard a lot about pregnancy cravings in women. I think every pregnancy is different, hence every woman’s pregnancy cravings are also different. Richa ate only healthy food in the first trimester of her pregnancy. Know further what things Richa craved during her pregnancy.

In the first trimester of pregnancy, Richa had a lot of craving to eat healthy things. She felt like eating raw tomatoes, salty things and olives. After this, she started feeling like eating cold things and she used to drink coconut water, lemonade and kombucha tea. Anyway, Richa’s pregnancy has happened in summer, so she will definitely feel like drinking and eating cold things.

Richa told that after the cravings ended, she eats only home-cooked food. Now Richa has reached her third trimester and due to the growth of the baby, the size of her stomach has become smaller, so she does not have cravings now. She likes only home-cooked clean food. Along with this, she eats a lot of fruits, salads, nuts and dal rice.
