74th Test… 300th victim, Ravindra Jadeja becomes the king of Asia

New Delhi. Ravindra Jadeja, currently ranked among the best all-rounders in the world, has created history at the Greenpark Stadium in Kanpur. Jadeja has become the fastest Asian cricketer to score 300 wickets and 3000 runs in Test cricket. he/she took his/her 300th victim by catching Bangladesh batsman Khalid Ahmed on his/her own ball. Jadeja needed one wicket for the triple century of wickets in the Test, which he/she achieved on the fourth day.

Before the Kanpur Test match, Ravindra Jadeja had taken 299 wickets in 73 matches. he/she has taken 5 wicket hauls in his/her name 13 times and has also achieved the feat of taking 10 wickets in a match twice. he/she has taken four wickets 13 times in a Test innings. 7 wickets for 42 runs was his/her best bowling in his/her innings. Jadeja has become the second player in the world to achieve this feat overall. Before this, there is England’s legend Ian Botham who had completed triple century of wickets and 3000 runs in 72 test matches.

Bangladesh collapsed for 233 runs
Bangladesh scored 233 runs in the first innings of the Kanpur test match. Mominul Haq played the highest innings of 107 runs while Saadman Islam was out after scoring 24 runs while captain Nazmul Hussain Shanto was out after scoring 31 runs. For India, Jasprit Bumrah took three wickets while Siraj, Ashwin and Akash Deep took two wickets each.
