5 wickets fell in 14 balls, South Africa’s batting destroyed

The U19 T20 World Cup 2025 Indian team all out South Africa for 82 runs in the ICC Under -19 World Cup final. Gongadi Trisha took 3 wickets. Ayushi Shukla, Vaishnavi Sharma and Parunika Sisodia took 2-2 wickets.

New Delhi. The Indian team, who came to play the ICC Under -19 World Cup final against South Africa team, once again wreaked havoc with the ball. After winning the toss and batting first, the batting of the Protiaz team was destroyed by the spinner of India. Gongadi Trisha, who made a world record in the tournament, hit the century and took the most 3 wickets and the entire team was reduced to 82 runs in 20 overs. The team lost their last 5 wickets in just 14 balls.

In the mega final, South African captain Kela Renike won the toss and decided to bat first against India. After scoring 10 runs in the first over, it never thought of the team. One by one Indian spinners started hunting the batter and the South Africa team was all out after scoring just 82 runs in 20 overs. Ayushi Shukla, Shabnam, Vaishnavi Sharma, Gongadi Trisha, Parunika Sisodia together ruined the batting order of South Africa. Trisha took 3 wickets while Ayushi Shukla, Vaishnavi Sharma and Parunika Sisodia took two wickets each.
