New Delhi. Many big players will enter the IPL 2025 mega auction. All 10 franchises released the list of retained players. A total of 46 players were retained by the franchise. The most expensive among the retained players was South African power hitter Heinrich Klaasen, who was retained by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 23 crore. Virat Kohli was retained by RCB for 21 crores. But during this period many bowlers were released by the franchise. These include the bowler who took the most wickets in the IPL, from whom the franchise turned its back. Recently, fast bowler Mohammed Siraj, who became DSP, has been released by Royal Challengers Bangalore. RCB has retained uncapped Yash Dayal. Siraj plays in all three formats for India. After Jasprit Bumrah, Siraj is the only bowler who plays for Team India in Test, ODI and T20. Siraj, who has been playing IPL since 2017, has taken 93 wickets in 93 matches so far. he/she has played for two teams in IPL which include RCB and Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Chahal’s double century of wickets
Leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, who took the most wickets in IPL, has also been released by Rajasthan Royals. Chahal is the only bowler to score a double century of wickets in IPL. On his/her day, this bowler has the ability to single-handedly change the course of a match. Rajasthan Royals surprised everyone by releasing Chahal for auction. Chahal has taken maximum 205 wickets in 160 matches in IPL.

Gujarat Titans turn away from Shami
Gujarat Titans have turned their back on Mohammed Shami. Shami could not play in the last IPL due to injury. he/she had knee surgery after the ODI World Cup final. Shami is still recovering from this injury. Shami has taken 127 wickets in 110 matches in IPL. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who won the Purple Cap by taking the most wickets twice in IPL, has been released by Sunrisers Hyderabad. Earlier, Bhuvi was retained by Hyderabad. Bhuvi has 181 wickets in his/her name in 176 IPL matches.

Arshdeep has 76 IPL wickets in his/her name.
Young fast bowler Arshdeep Singh has been released by Punjab Kings franchise. Arshdeep has been a match-winning bowler for India in limited overs cricket for some time now. Arshdeep has played an important role in making India the T20 World Cup champion. Arshdeep has taken 76 wickets in 65 IPL matches.
