This saying is very famous that woman is the enemy of woman. Many such stories and things are cited behind this which even women themselves may not be able to deny. However, it is not at all right to think like this in the case of every woman. There is no dearth of such girls in the world, who believe in leaving behind jealousy and unhealthy competition and moving forward taking everyone along. A proof of this is the story of Lara Dutta and Priyanka Chopra-Dia Mirza, which is 24 years old. Everyone should learn from the attitude these three showed while competing against each other in the pageant. (All photos: Instagram@larabhupathi, priyankachopra)

While answering Simi’s question, Lara said those things which, even after so many years, make a person understand the real meaning of being a human being. ‘It is very important for me to stay focused on where I want to reach. During the pageant, my entire focus was on winning the Miss India and Miss Universe crowns. But even in the midst of competition, one should not forget that he/she is also a human being.

Taking her point further, Lara said, ‘I do not want to sound negative while saying this, but the truth is that whether you are successful or unsuccessful, it does not matter after leaving this world. You are not going to take anything with you.

You get very few such opportunities when you can do something for someone else and these are the moments that add life to your life. And if I am not able to do this, then it only means that I am not living my life. I can’t see that happening. Because for me this is the most important thing in life.
