131 Pakistanis deported from 12 countries for legal offenses


News International said that 131 Pakistani citizens have been expelled from 12 different countries due to various legal violations, already on Friday, including drug related crimes, illegal entry, and failure to follow employment rules, news International told.

Officials of many countries carried out these exile, cited violations of local laws, some individuals faced immediate removal on arrival.

According to immigration sources, Saudi Arabia led the exile, sent 74 Pakistani citizens back for alleged participation in drug trafficking and violated employment agreements leaving jobs without prior notice. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) also deported several Pakistani citizens, accusing them of illegal entry, theft and crimes related to drugs.

In one case, a person was denied entry on arrival and immediately sent back to Pakistan, while another person was exiled from the United Arab Emirates after allegations of attempting to take their lives.

In addition to these two major exiled countries, other Pakistani citizens were expelled from Oman, Cambodia, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Iraq and Mexico. Furthermore, in a separate event, according to the report by News International, two persons suspected of human trafficking were deported from Mauritania and Senegal.

On returning to Pakistan, 16 exiles were transferred to the anti -human trafficking circle for more inquiries to the federal investigative agency (FIA). Meanwhile, six persons were handed over to law enforcement agencies in Larkana, Kalat, Gujranwala, Sahiwal and Rawalpindi for additional investigation in their cases.

Meanwhile, immigration officials at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi also prevented 86 passengers from departing the country during the same period for various reasons. Among them, 30 Umrah pilgrims traveling to Saudi Arabia were launched due to lack of advance hotel reservation and inadequate financial evidence to cover their travel expenses. Additionally, Cyprus, UK, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan were denied boarding students or seven young passenger boarding students or studying visas for Cyprus, UK, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.

News International reported that passengers having tourist visas for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Azerbaijan, Malawi, Congo, Bahrain, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey and Zimbabwe were also stopped from traveling.

Some individuals were blacklisted by working in Qatar, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, as well as preventing riding on their flights.
