13 year old Vaibhav’s stormy century against U19 Australia, gave lead to the team, belongs to Bihar

Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who made the record of debut at a young age a year ago, has now created a stir by scoring a century in an unofficial test match. 13-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi gave the Indian Under-19 team the lead in the unofficial test match by scoring a stormy century against Australia. Vaibhav scored a century on 58 balls. This is the Indian record for the fastest century in Under-19 cricket. Vaibhav Suryavanshi of Bihar played an inning of 104 runs in 62 balls with 14 fours and four sixes. he/she added 133 runs for the first wicket with Vihaan Malhotra (76 runs).

An unofficial test match is being played between the under-19 teams of India and Australia in Chennai. On the first day of the four-day match, India bowled out Australia for 293 runs. By the end of the day’s play, India had scored 103 runs without losing any wicket. Then it seemed that India would take a big lead over Australia on Tuesday, but it did not happen.

On the second day of the match, most of the Indian batsmen surrendered before the spin of Australia’s spinners Thomas Brown and Vishwa Ramkumar. Vaibhav Suryavanshi played an inning of 104 runs, ahead of Monday’s 81 runs. Vihaan Malhotra converted his/her score of 21 into 76 runs. Both of them made an opening partnership of 133 runs for India. Out of these, 104 runs came from Vaibhav’s bat.

The Indian innings faltered after Suryavanshi was run out on an accurate throw by Christian Howe. The Indian team lost the remaining nine wickets for 163 runs. Other Indian batsmen failed to play big innings. Due to this, the Indian team, which had scored 103 runs without losing any wicket on Monday, was reduced to 296 runs in its first innings on Tuesday. he/she got a lead of only three runs on the basis of first innings. For Australia, Indian-origin leg spinner Ramkumar took 4 wickets and off-spinner Brown took 3 wickets.

Australia has scored 110 runs for four wickets in the second innings. Openers Riley Kingsell (48) and Oliver PK (32) added 72 runs for the second wicket. Leg spinner Mohammad Inan gave India a comeback by taking two wickets. Till now Australia has got a lead of 107 runs over India.
