New Delhi : Today is a very special and memorable day in the country. Today is the foundation day of not 1,2,3,4,5, 6 but 13 states and union territories together. PM Modi and opposition leader Rahul Gandhi tweeted on the X platform and congratulated the people of the respective states and wished them well.

Rahul Gandhi wrote in the tweet, Congratulations to the people of Andhra Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar, Chhattisgarh, Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep on their foundation day today. These vibrant cultures, diverse languages, rich history and enduring traditions are the core of India’s strength and give our nation its resilience.
Rahul further wrote that let us celebrate this unity and protect it. Recognizing that each state’s unique contribution enriches and strengthens the bonds that hold us together, the Congress leader wrote.

PM Modi’s message

The PM wrote that my hearty greetings to all the people of Chhattisgarh on the foundation day of the state. It is our wish that this state, adorned with a wonderful confluence of glorious folk tradition and tribal culture, continues to move forward rapidly on the path of development.
