To increase hair growth faster, you can make the laddus suggested by Simrat Kathuria. You will need the following ingredients to make them:

  • Pumpkin seeds – 1/3 cup
  • Pistachios – 1/3 cup
  • Coconut powder – 2/3 cup
  • Moringa Powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Cardamom powder – 3 pinches
  • Raisins – 3/4 cup

  • First of all, take a pan and add pumpkin seeds, pistachios and coconut powder in it and fry it well.
  • After roasting, put all three things in the mixer.
  • Now add raisins in the same pan and fry them a little.
  • Now put the raisins in the mixer along with moringa powder, cardamom and mix all the ingredients well.
  • When the fine powder is ready, take it out in a plate and start making laddus with your hands.
  • Here is the laddu ready which will accelerate hair growth.
  • You can store them in an air tight container and eat 1 laddu daily.
